Local Mankato, MN, flooring craftsman, John Steinbauer, has been installing and putting the finishing touches on new common-area carpeting in the month of December, 2014.  High-grade commercial carpet, from Cheney Carpet Distributors out of Plymouth, MN, provided the materials.  Quite an upgrade to the three hallways, stairwells and common areas!

We are pleased to announce that a new, high-grade commercial carpet has been chosen to replace all current carpets in the common areas and hallways on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Anticipated install completion date is December 31, 2014. Come see it!
